Who is responsible
The operator of this website is the controller of this data. For any question or request about it, write to us through the contact form.
What we collect
Your name, work email address, company and message. With each submission we also record the IP address and browser user agent it was sent from.
Why, and on what basis
We use your details only to reply to your inquiry. The IP address and user agent are used only to detect and stop abusive submissions. Both rest on our legitimate interests: answering business inquiries, and keeping the form free of abuse.
Who receives it
The people who answer inquiries, by email. Our hosting and email service providers process it on our behalf and only on our instructions. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
The record of your inquiry in our system is deleted automatically 18 months after you send it, and it is the only copy we keep. The email that tells the people who answer inquiries that your message arrived carries no personal data - only a link to that record - so once the record is deleted, nothing about you is left behind.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, and ask us to correct or delete it, or to restrict or stop using it, by writing to us as described above. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.
Do you have to give it
No. But without a name and an email address we cannot reply to you.
